Leads strategic initiatives to expand the company's market presence, identify new business opportunities, and grow revenue—particularly within the chemical industry. Responsible for developing tailored product strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Economics, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the chemical industry
- Proven experience in technical sales, marketing, and business development
- Established customer network in related industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in data analysis and decision-making based on data-driven insights
- Demonstrated leadership with a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Conduct market research and develop business strategies to grow the chemical product segment
- Develop and recommend tailored product portfolios for different market segments
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through networking, client meetings, exhibitions, and other channel
- Prepare monthly business reports covering sales performance analysis, market conditions, competitor activity, and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and market observation to assess company positioning
- Manage budgets and operational expenses, including effective utilization of revolving funds
- Ensure smooth customer order processes and coordination with internal teams (logistics, production, finance)
- Develop sales forecasts, set targets, and support the sales team in achieving performance goals
- Drive business growth by expanding market reach, developing new products, and building an effective sales team
