Description
Oversees and manages daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient flow of materials and products. Ensures proper inventory control, implements FIFO/FEFO systems, and coordinates cross-functional activities to support manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor in a manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of inbound-outbound processes, FIFO/FEFO systems, inventory control, and delivery planning
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; experienced in cross-department collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Accurate system
- Preferably holds certifications in logistics, ISO, or basic HSE
Requirements
- Responsible for smooth warehouse/logistics operations, including raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and safety stock availability
- Ensure implementation of FIFO/FEFO, material quality control, and availability of stock
- Prepare operational budgets for warehouse/logistics
- Develop and monitor daily, monthly, and annual work schedules
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support factory operations
- Provide performance evaluations and coaching to subordinates
