Chronology of Share Listings
The Company listed its shares in the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now the Indonesia Stock Exchange) on July 24, 1990 with a total of 22,000,000 shares at a par value of Rp1,000,- per share. The share was enlisted by the Company after being awarded with a License on Share Issuance No. SI-115/SHM/MK.10/1990 dated June 1, 1990 to offer a total of 4,000,000,- shares at a par value of Rp1,000,- per share and the ask price of Rp8,250,- per share.
At present, the Company’s shares enlisted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange amounted to 196,121,237 shares at a par value of Rp500,-/share. The Company distributed bonus shares in 1992, 1998, 2001, 2002, 2004, and 2018, and conducted a stock split in 1998 as described in the table below:
